Grow bigger thicker eyelashes?

I have uneven eyelashes some hairs Are longer than others. How can I make them grow a bit thicker and make them even? I have this habit of pulling my eyelashes and I'm trying to stop lol.

Castor oil on the lashes every night! They really work. Vaseline does work but it's really dangerous for your eye if any should get in.
