What's better, the mane and tail shampoo or conditioner?

Shampoo of course is better for hair growth, I've never tried the conditioner but I've heard it's average, I'm sure there's much better ones if you're looking for conditioning products

Okay I just thought is pop the question to people because I was in target the other day and came across the mane and tail shampoo but didn't end up buying it cause I was stuck on this question when I saw that all the mane and tail conditioner was out of stock but yeah, thanks anyways for clearing up my curiosity (:  @VanessaW.

I find the conditioner to be a very light conditioner
I have curly, unruly hair and I find that I need to use a whole bunch of the conditioner on my hair and I'm not a huge fan
But it is cheap and I don't entirely hate it
I do like the shampoo
