L'Oreal La Laque lip liners. .WHY CANT I FIND THEM!?!?

Has anyone come across these? I've seen nothing but amazing reviews on them, but I can't find them anywhere! Not even on L'Oreal's web site. I'm pretty much dying to get my hands on them but I've searched high and low with no success. Anyone know where if I can order them online? or where I can find them in the cleveland area?  HELP!

Yes, I tried all of those except bed bath and beyond. I didn't know they sold make up.

Yes they sell some makeup, I didn't realize the Loreal liner your looking for are so popular right now I seriously seen them at target the other day,I looked and walked away lol they're pretty.

I just found them in the grocery store...and only one color was left. of course it was one I didn't want. I'm still on a mission to find them though!
