I've currently got long (just longer than my boobs) dark brown, wavy hair and want a change. I was thinking blue but I'm nervous. I'm in need of a new color. Any recommendations? I've also got fair skin and hazel eyes.

I say if you are comfortable with blue go for it! Be unique! Plenty of people have ombré. I find blue and green hair to be eye catching and flattering. If you are a bit shy maybe have it more paste lish. I say do it!
