OH I HAD THAT PROBLEM! Depending on where you live / your uniform flexibility you could add a scarf and a hat / hipster glasses from Clair's! Or even a dollar store. If you can straw curl your hair so it's tight. It's really fun to do that stuff I'm a dress up person and I'll walk around the house looking like a Disney character and my mother will always question my reasoning but yea. Just have fun w/ it pastel colors all the way!

Don't get fake glasses, only wear them if you need them, and the frame of the glasses doesn't define a group of people so they aren't hipster if you wear them.

I'm not into the whole hipster thing.. Ah that most suck having school uniforms. I'd try adding some nice bracelets however, like band merch, since I guess it's 'hipster.' X
