Keep your hair clean and off your back, change your bedding, get a long handle scrub brush and scrub your back with body wash every time you shower. Wear clean clothes.
Good luck!

All of the above tips are great! Also drink a LOT of water and incorporate more fresh fruits and veggies into your daily diet!

Avoid wearing synthetic fabrics or heavy cotton that traps sweat against the skin. Like the others said, use a gentle exfoliators in the shower, and keep your hair up. If you have one, use a topical medicine to help.

Use a luffa and some body soap. Scrub your back really well every time you shower and it should go away.

Body acne scrub and do not touch it! Touching it with your fingers makes it worse.

Also if your hair is long enough, just wear it down over your back to try and cover it if it's not all gone by next week.

Exfoliate really well! You can also put dabs of toothpaste on the individual pimples, which will help dry them up. Lastly, if you still are unsatisfied with the way your back looks you can always put makeup on it! It sounds silly, but if it's just for one night it's a quick fix. Hope everything works out for you!

Don't put toothpaste on it! I would recommend taking a hot bath with (sea) salt and soothing oils, like jasmine scented (yes I know, but it works!) Try to skip unhealthy food such as chips and chocolate. Good luck, have fun at your homecoming! xoxo.

One day like on the week end put your hair up in a bun buy a big tube of oxy or clear idol and gob in on over the pimples and let it sit and dry! Or applying the oxy cleansing pads on your back three times a day will help too! Just wear a tank though because it does tend to bleach! As well as cutting down on junk food will help overall a lot!:)

Go to the doctor! I had it too, and I literary tried everything! But then I went to the doctor and got some lotion-ish thing to put on my back at night and then wash it off in the morning and it works wonders!

Don't use conditioner in the shower till your homecoming , only shampoo. Oils from the hair conditioner can create the acne.

If it's not gone by your homecoming you can always wear your hair down to cover it if it's long enough.

Finally someone suggested what I was thinking... If your back acne is that bad it's likely it won't go by next week so instead of killing yourself over it just wear your hair down at the homecoming and deal with it 👌 learned a long time ago that putting yourself through hell just to look good for an event won't make you enjoy it properly once you see that no one will really pay much attention to it.

I agree with Clara!! And plus aren't dances dark? Probably no one can see it!:) but if you want to clear your back acne over time use the brand Oxy!

Make sure after you sweat you wash! And use scrubs gently about 2 or 3 times a week.

Going to the doctor would be a good idea to see what they recommend and make up can help. What's important is that in order for outside skin to look good it first starts within so drink lots of water and just avoid greasy food, butter, and well as long as you have a good nutrition the skin looks healthier. ;)

I know makeup isnt the best thing for acne but if you can't find a solution you could apply concealer to the spots so they arent as noticeable.
but this is only if nothing works!

Get a back scrubber, and wash your back daily. Or you could get a face acne scrub and use it on your back, some say they work from both face and body.
