@Laura Not that I'm an expert seeing as I wasn't born in the 20s haha but I think the 20s was much heavier than this. I used some tips from Kandee Johnson's Marilyn Monroe makeup tutorial and the tips were ones that Whitey Snyder actually used on Marilyn so that was more what I was going for :) but as long as you still like it anyway I'm not too fussed which era it's from lol, thank you! And thank you @Miiso and Michelle! :D.
