What kind of colors can I use for fall
I have some nude pink and hot pink lipstick is it okay to wear em?
Can I wear gold eyeshadow?

I don't think hot pink is a fall color but if you want to wear if go ahead. The nude and gold are good though.

Yes you can wear them but not really the hot pink lipstick as that is more summer!!
Try darker neutral colours for fall!!

I don't believe in following "rules" when it comes to makeup. I have a ton of coral and pink lippies at various levels of brightness...I'm going to wear them throughout fall/winter. Gold eyeshadow is on point this year and from watching New York Fashion Week clips several eye looks included gold eyeshadow. Gold eyeshadow paired with a nice nude lippie with a slight pink undertone would look nice.
