If you're going to do a bold lip like that I'd tone down the eyes and go for a more neutral softer look. And if you're going to do a heavy eye, go for a more nude/natural lip.

Maybe pick a bold lip or bold eye? (your eyelashes are really pretty btw) But you look pretty without makeup. Also you may want to be careful as to what/how much you're putting on your face, because some makeup have harmful ingredients in it and if it gets absorbed into your bloodstream, it could be harmful to your baby. I know it's not my part I just wouldn't want anything bad to happen.
