Don't use too many products on your skin.. let your skin breathe once in a while, and take care of acne.. The toothpaste doesn't really help CURE the acne, so buy a cream with salycilic acid or benzoyl peroxide solution.. The spots may be from the acne that you havent treated..
If all else fails, PLEASE go to a skin specialist and ask.. You do not want these spots to stay permanently

Benzol peroxide can be used for spot treatment start of with 2.5 percent you can buy it from any drug store.. It helps a lot for me.. It dries the pimple and takes away the redness :)
