I cut 8inches off in October last year and my hair hasn't even grown an inch! What can I do to make it grow faster and healthier?? I miss my long hair! Oh and I have thick wavy/frizzy hair.

Use an oil such as Argan (my fav) and give your hair lots of love, use deep conditioning treatment once a week and try to avoid using any unneeded heat. Also, what I found to really help my hair grow is to cut back on the amount of times you wash it per week, I know it sounds gross but trust me you will start to see results!

Ya I have always wanted to use argan oil, where can I get it? And I only use heat on special occasions which is rare lol and I wash my hair either every other day or I don't wash it for 2 or more depends

You can order it online, or try a beauty store like Sally's or Ulta, it's amazing lol and I cut back as far as washing my hair once - two times a weeks and it has grown so fast :)

Take biotin vitamins or prenatal vitamins they help hair grow do hot oil treatments its basically jus heating oil and applying to your hair and put a shower cap on it for a hour wash out with shampoo use natural oils :coconut, almond, tea tree, or jojoboa oils for hot oil treatment.Conditon your hair a lot and not too much chemicals:peems, dyes, and bleaching if you do all of it your hair will be so long.
