Definetly the heel is not to high, flat surface, your feet should be just fine in those sneakers lol. I've tried on a pair and they were pretty comfortable! I would go for it!

They are comfy for a lot longer than normal heels but if you're walking a lot I would go with normal sneakers or flats. I have a pair similar and I wore them everyday to classes (about 100 total minutes of walking each day) and was fine. But then I wore them to a huge sidewalk sale which was about 4-5 hours of walking and about 3 hours in my feet started to hurt and quickly became very painful. By the 5th hour I had bought 2$ flip flops because I couldn't walk in the sneakers anymore.

I find that if you shove a support sole in the shoes, it'll make it feel less tiring on the feet.
