It depends on your skin type and the coverage you want.
On clients I use face and body it's water based and it's the least bothersome.
Personally I love matchmaster, it wears well and blends into the skin plus it's build able
I'm also loving studio fix powder foundation which is great at adding more coverage over bb cream

None!! You'd be better off buying a different foundation for the same price as a MAC one. They're a so many better foundations on the market than the ones by MAC. I love the Estée Lauder Double Wear. Amazing foundation.

Tread very carefully with MAC foundations. I've tried every single one (pan & liquid) and even though they all gave me pretty decent coverage...they all made me break out in the worst way. I later found out years later the culprit ingredient but you wouldn't catch me looking at their foundations now. My fave was the studio fix plus powder foundation. Awesome coverage for a pan.

I love studio fix liquid foundation. In extremely break out prone but none of mac foundations ever made me break out. As oppose to chanel for example.
