1 handful kale
Small bunch parsley
1/4 cucumber
1/2 green apple
Coconut water 💕

I also add a couple squeezes of juice from a lemon 😊 this recipe is amazing for acne, redness, healthy hair, etc! I hope you try it out for yourself you can use any high power blender or juice it! I make it with my nutribullet 💕 I hope it works for everyone as well as it does for me!

And for more goodness I have been switching the ingredients to 1/2 cucumber and a cored small green apple. I recommend a small can of Goya coconut water. So yummy ☺️

No problem 😊 it's probably best to use organic coconut water or plain coconut water with no added sugar

I just love the Goya because it adds sweetness but it may have too much added sugar. You can also use regular water but it won't taste as good.

How often should you drink it?

I drink it once a day in the morning. I recommend to start that way because it can purge your toxins out.

Then gradually increase to twice a day if you want but remember to use plain coconut water with no added sugar.
