Suggest homemade remedies for darkness around the neck.

Often darkness around the neck is a genetic or health issue. Not seeing a pic of you I can't ascertain what it looks like to even give you a appropriate product to use. It could even be a hyperpigmentation issue. I can suggest this though. To avoid further darkening I advise using a sunscreen of at least spf30. Its something you should be using from head-to-toe everyday.

Viruthya...after giving birth to your baby. That will go away in no time. My neck did the same thing after all three of my pregnancies. I did nothing but wait it out. Nobody didn't even notice my neck during and after pregnancy...they were more curious about baby. :) Congrats beautiful.

Girlllll!.. I got it too!. I wore makeup. lol. it goes away love. it has a name n its escaping me right now cause I'm tired. its like pregnancy cast or something. anyway. it will definitely go away. enjoy your new baby!.

My doctor told me to take Iron pills/ vitamins...it's a iron deficiency caused by pregnancy.

I'm sorry ivonna. that's not true at all..
although you do need more iron during pregnancy. iron deficiany (n preg or otherwise) shows up on the body as darkness around the eyes. pregnancy mask is cause by hormones. n a lot of Brown woman esp get it. I had it around my neck and around my waist. there isn't anything you can do for it.
you may very well have had iron deficiany but its not the same as darkness around the neck.
