I have had my Eco tools brushes for 6 years and as long as you clean them and take care of them like I have done with mine they last, mine still work like brand new.

I second Sedona lace it's about $50 for 4 face brushes but the brushes are so dense and soft I think it's worth it

I love Real Techniques brushes. They're good quality but they don't totally break the bank.

As far as drugstore. I only use ELF's synthetic black studio brushes. MAC, Sedona Lace, Coastal Scents.

Try the set from MadeULook by Lex! 11pcs (pretty sure) $65,averaged out really nice
