Butter London bramble with petrol over coat, and matte/shiny finish.  Thoughts?

I really like the matte finish on your ring finger, and the color is awesome... But what's a petrol over coat?

It's something butter just came out with, it turns polish sort of iridescent, like oil on water. Basically a top coat with a tint. Thus is what the bottle looks like.
