Most likely it is.shoot lol,..it should! :-)...I don't have a sallys where I live,,,not close by.,and plus my personal opinion I don't like Sally beauty supply,,the ones I've been to never seem to have what I need and want...

I have duo shadow from them...I really like it. it's not sold at Sally's. I found mine at just a regular beauty supply...like Naomi said.. in the 'hood lmao.
