I think that since your skin is so fair, it'd look better with a brown eye liner, or just not so heavy with the black!

I took some eyeliner off and added a pink lip. I have wore my eyes they same way for 4 years and never would have thought it looked better without. Thank you soo much.

Maybe a littler thinner for the liner and use a brown or grey, or even silver or gold.
