I have a party today and I'm wearing a strapless dress, the problem is I hav a bad tan! how can I even out the color with makeup? please help.

Well this is tough, maybe try using a spray tan to cover everything? I honestly don't know sorry:(

Go to any drug store and get a self tanner to even out/cover up problem areas. Hope that helps
