Very spooky!! To make it even more creepy/doll like maybe take a pale foundation/white powder and make your face pale. Also maybe contour cheeks and since its a doll look, you could do a fun shape out of your eyebrows. Freckles would be cute too :) You should check out Emma Pickles on you tube she has a really useful Tim Burton tutorial that goes for your same look I think.
