How do I do the winged eyeliner on my top lid? Should I use liquid or pencil eyeliner?

I would watch some videos on YouTube and just practice, felt tip is best but also using a gel or cream with a brush works great too.

Follow the curve that is made by extending your lower lash line. it helps to get them even versus just eyeballing where the line should be
