I did some research for you and here is what I found; "Washing every day can be bad for your hair." MOSTLY MYTH "Daily washing is safe and healthy," says Mort Westman, the cosmetics chemist. If you have oily hair, it's fine to suds up every day--but even oily types should use a gentle formula (translation: one with moisturizing ingredients, like silicones, shea butter, or panthenol). People with coarse or dry hair might want to be more conservative and wash every other day, says L'Or?al's Youssef. No matter what kind of hair you have, as long as you stay away from harsh formulas that strip natural oils and treat your strands with conditioner, regular shampooing won't do any harm."

Not necessarily I am a qualified stylist. I do wash my hair everyday but my hair is incredibly oily. the consequence of this is I have to do two treatments a week to stop my hair from drying out. I don't recommend you wash your hair anymore than you need to. when it gets oily wash it. If you wash it everyday cos you hate the thought of it dirty just rinse it thoroughly in the shower and condition only.

Thank you guys..
it help me really :-)

It's not necessarily bad, but it's not great if you're trying to make your hair less oily because your hair will produce more oils to compensate and you'll just get even oilier hair.

I don't think it's bad. My hair is very soft and healthy and I was it about 5 days if the week. If you don't have oily hair I would say it isn't necessary to wash it everyday and don't over condition.

I think it's going to depend on your hair and your hair type. I can't wash my hair every day, I'd probably kill it...I co wash twice a week and shampoo once a week or every two weeks all depending on what goes in my hair.

Natural oils make your hair grow. When you shampoo, it strips the oils from your head, like it's supposed to. If you never have oil on your head, your hair won't grow which is unhealthy.

I was my hair either every other day, or every two days. Washing your hair every day isnt necessarily bad, but it does strip your hair of its natural oils(which makes your hair grow, shiny, and stronger). I also agree with @Erin a lot of it has to deal with your hair type :)

Not necessarily. Your hair produces Natural oils which are important to your hairs health. My hair is really really soft, healthy, (I get stopped on the street) and is getting really long and I wash mine ever other day.

It depends on hair type and how active you are (I.e. sports or work outside). Myself personally I can't wash my hair everyday. My hair actually looks better at day three as my curls are still defined and shiny. If you do decide to wash everyday avoid the sulfates as they are drying to scalp and hair and stay away from the 'cones as all they do is just coat the hair and give you the nasty buildup.

Yes a daily shampooing drys the hair. Especially if your typical hair routine involves heat. Your doing extra damage to your hair

Yes it damges your hair you can wash it every other day and in the days you don't wash it with shampoo just wash it with hot water even in the days you work out just stick with my advice ;)

Depends on your texture and how you take care of it. If you are using a sulfate free shampoo, you should be fine as long as you condition really well and keep some moisture to it. Otherwise it will be dry most of the time.
