I'd wear a corset or something right like that.. show some sexiness. I don't know how old you are by that's what I'd do. what about shoes?? as for hood...maybe look on Craigslist or eBay etc. the ideas great! maybe also spice it up alittle by doing Smokey eye make up. hope that helps!  :)

The hood you can probably find a small cheap on on eBay. They dress is really cute how you explain it and the dog works great. Just find a basket to complete the look. :)

I'm doing red riding hood too (: your idea is so cue though! I'm doing an undead red riding hood, with spiderweb leggings and a large red sweatshirt (it gets cold here) with 'red riding hood' on the back. be careful taking your dog out with you! a lot of dogs get seriously hurt and some even beaten on halloween by complete strangers. its really sad /: some guy tried to come and beat my dog last year, we had to go back home and put our dogs up.
