Make sure you take good care of it, you don't want excessive breakage causing it to thin. Try a coconut oil treatment at least once a week.

Also, an amazing line for thicker hair is 'fat hair 0 calories' it helped my hair get to what it is now, and it has great long term benefits

Well, first off, make sure your hair isn't thinning because of stress or anxiety. If that isn't it, vitamins. Biotin, B vitamin complex, etc. Massage your scalps with oils. I totally recommend rosemary oil. it stimulates the circulation of the scalp and that encourages new hair growth. Exercise and eat a nutritious diet. Drink PLENTY of water. Very important. Take care of your hair and deep condition it. Your hair is like a plant. water it, feed it, pamper it. Hope I helped a bit.

There is this serum from catwalk that helps from Sally's... Also maybe a haircut would help... Yours ends of your hair could just be dead.

Give your scalp a massage every day
for 10 minutes and flip your head upside down for about 2 minutes to get the blood
circulating around the follicles. Eat eggs and poultry for protein, your hair is protein so
it requires it to grow. Drink plenty of water to hydrate and eat plenty almonds, fish and
dark green vegetables. Biotin also helps, and check your iron intake too. And make sure
to maintain the health and moisture of your hair using hydrating hair masks, like the
Moroccan argan oil hair mask from Pro Naturals.
