I have brown eyes too and to make they pop a little just use a lien brush take some dark purple eyeshadow or liner and smudge it into the lash line.

I saw this earlier and thought it was pretty and her brown eyes. Said its L'Oreal Infallible in Cherie Merie on the lid.
