Use garnier fructis for volume and a nourishing conditioner, apply conditioner only to lower part of your hair.

No problem. this isn't a shampoo but I take biotin its pills that make hair grow quick and go from thin to thick hair. its good for skin and nails its amazing I'd recommend it to every girl.
