Maybe try Tinted moisturizer or bb cream for something light! Laura mercier tinted moisturizer is good! Then set it with a loose powder :)

Just a suggestion because you never said you did but do you use a pore minimizing primer? That could help with 50% of your problem.

Lorac foundation concealer pen. It's a 2 in one thing and it's is AMAZING. I don't have to put on any powder or anything just that and my skin looks flawless. I got mine at sephora or ulta.

Yeah try a primer then put on the foundation for through your house and look in different lighting

I just put some on my hand and rub it on I don't add any moisturizers my face just has pores I want to cover up with out looking like I wear it that all, not saying anything rude to you.

I use the cover girl 3 in 1 stay fabulous it has medium coverage but doesn't look heavy unless you put too much on. It's a very amazing drugstore product.

I recommend doing a light layer over your face THEN going back in with extra foundation or concealer for problem areas
