I would recommend buying an eyeshadow palette online and experiment with colors.

Since you're a beginner try some ELF and wet n' wild products. They are superrrrr affordable so you can experiment without breaking the bank.

my good friend started with coastal scents n vh cosmetics. I havent used them myself but hear great things about them n the price is great!. they have hugeeee eye shadow pallets that don't break the bank.

I also have pretty dark lips , any advice on wht to help lighten them?!?

Hey Cee, if you really want to lighten then you have to use concealer.. but for me its some technique to it because if you put gloss/lipstick on it'll blend in with the color n possibly change the lip color ( make it look muddy etc). I suggest working with your lip color, esp since you're a low maintenance beauty. just plat around with a few of those nyc n nyx lip glosses n see what give you a glow you like. I'd advise to start with a bronze type just to highlight..
