Creative ideas to fix this dress?

The first time I washed this dress it got bleach stains from the residue in the washer, I never even wore it! the fabric can't be dyed, so I was hoping you might have suggestions how to fix it so I can wear it? I was thinking of sewing a fabric or patch over it. Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks!

If nothing works out you can always turn it to a top by cutting it..have you tried using markers to color in the bleached patches?

You could bleach the rest of it to just make it all one color.

TayTay that's a good idea too but the stains are near my thighs lol I don't think a belt there would look good.
