Depends on the girl, I find that when I cut my hair short, it makes me look like I'm twelve, but when others cut their hair short, they look twenty. XD All depends on face scructure, I guess.

Long, my hair is really really curly, but I straighten it sometimes and it's longer when straightened, people mistake me for 15 when it's longer instead of 13.

It all depends on the person :) Some people can have a short Bob and look mature and others look like a 5yr old wannabe lol. For me I can't have short hair (this is one of manyy reasons), it makes me look extremely young. My long hair has the opposite effect. With my long hair, people have mistaken me for 19-22. So it mostly depends on who it is, what their facial structures are, etc :)
