I'm still undecided if I should dress up for Halloween this year but can you give me ideas of cute do it yourself halloween costumes. Trying not to spend lots of money.

I made these with black leggings and white paint! It literally cost me 8 bucks. I'm going to wear it with combat boots, a plain baggy black tee and really intricate skull makeup with a messy bun. I'm also using body paint on my arms. It's cute and casual. You can find stencils online and just spray paint it if you're not an artsy person.
