I've been told that can mess with the application, making less foundation appear on your face. I like the real cake type flawless no blemish at all look. I know that sounds bad but I like a lot of makeup :)

And also try the fit me one by maybeline I've heard good reviews about it

Face primer is the best it keeps the make up on you apply it before foundation it's also good for long lasting eye shadow also I picked up a trick to keep long lasting makeup no blobs hair spray it sounds stupid but it does work you spray a bit on your face and it works like a beauty and I haven't had trouble with pimples or anything

Try using a moisturizer and primer
Also using a foundation ment for dry skin
And I would use a damp sponge to apply it
I like benefits porefessionals to prime, and then I use my makeup forever HD foundation and use my beauty blender to apply it
I don't have dry skin but I do have some dry patches and it doesn't cling at all and the foundation is 100% flawless, I keep thinking it was just my skin. If it didn't give off so much pigmentation I would think I wasn't applying anything. Loving it
