I think that eyeshadow color does not suit you as much as other colors like coppers, golds and corals would.
Try orangy tones, they'll look better and perfect for fall.

Too light with the pink tones in your skin it washes you out unflatteringly with the red lip. Try out some medium browns play with a few with cool undertones more towards winter and orangey or copper undertone go with a matte shade unless highlighting mid eye and inner corner. Try some highlighters for te cheeks think it would really make you pop. The high beam highlighter is amazing I love it.

I honestly think it looks really pretty. In my opinion, you don't look washed out and blue eyes are so pretty they look good and pop with any eyeshadow!

I like your makeup and it goes nicely with your lip maybe just fill in your brows with one shade darker color and it will define the shape of your eyes more :) other wise nice job and lobe that lip color?
