Help me with a proper skin care routine?

I don't have a consistant skin care routine and I can see its not helping my skin.I have breakouts here and there and wondering what I'm meant to use? Can you tell me your routines and suggest products? I'd love to know!

Cetaphil to wash your face! Did wonders to my acne prone, sensitive skin :)
