Put something thick on like Vaseline on and then cover them with socks. Go to bed and when you wake up, your feet will be hydrated :)

I use a scrub on mine once a week in the winter and put a heavy moisturizer on them and socks before bed afterwards. It really helps!

Slather with lotion/ Vaseline/ oils then cover up while you sleep. They'll be much better the next do for a full week and use a pumas stone to exfoliate them and get smooth heels and toes.

Don't do the listerine one!! Its bad for you!! Your putting chemicals in your skin thats meant to be for you mouth! And if you have cuts it will sting!!

Invest in a Ped Egg.. they're only ten bucks (I think) and work wonders.
My "routine" (that isn't really a routine because I suck at keeping up with it) is using the ped egg, then covering my feet in coconut oil, THEN slathering a thick body butter all over them on top haha.. throw some socks on, go to bed, and wake up with seriously soft feet.

Listerine is an antiseptic yes it would sting but no real harm it would actually clean out any cuts.

I'm a caregiver and if we do any feet treatments like a " spa " day for the patients we have them soak their feet in warm water and listerine. It disinfects really well. is not harmful whatsoever.

Listerine is absolutely harmless. Its no different than the medicated foot bath given to diabetic patients. What I usually do is scrub my feet before my shower to remove dry skin, then use a foot scrub in the shower. Afterwards I apply an oil mix of coxonut oil, vitamin e oil, and olive oil. I apply it thick. Then I slap on some socks and head to bed. I wake up with baby soft feet. Its super messy mixing and applying but the outcome is so worth it.
