Its pretty good. I'd add a little bit of subtle purple shading on the outer edge of the entire wound for more of a bruise effect. I'd also lessen the intensity of the color on your cheekbone. other than that, I think it looks really amazing.

I think it's a good start but the shape is abit unrealistic try to make it not so round and the edges need to be more organic in the placement. Good start tho xx
