I think your dots need to be more uniform, I'd get a paper hole punch and some card stock/stiff paper and use that. But I like what you're doing!

And with the blue eye shadow try doing more of a abrupt stop to the blue, and the crease in black. Like you did your lips.

I think you should try a foundation a shade or 2 lighter before applying the dots, also try contouring to create an animated look and last eye primer to make your shadow POP!

I agree about the dots needing to be more uniform if you can.. Otherwise the biggest thing that stood out to me was that your eyes could pop more with thicker and more abrupt liner. I think the blending makes it look more realistic, less cartoony animation. Otherwise I think it looks amazing so please keep posting pics as you perfect it!
