Clip ons are better last longer. I heard sew in can damage your hair by forcing your natural hair

I do this so I can still take care of my real hair underneath. It also makes hair last longer since you aren't sleeping with it on or anything.

Clip ins for sure...I've had all sorrts of them amd they damage ypur hair. I habe fine hair tho.
