Not sure but this may work: Apply a balm, then cover lips with concealer or foundation, apply lipstick and use a paper wipe, apply lipstick again:-)

Don't wear any lippy stuff aside from balm until Tuesday. Keep it clean and apply antibiotic cream at least twice a day. Heal it as much as you can, it'll be much easier to cover on Tuesday.

Just keep it clean. don't put anything on it. your interviewer won't care at all, trust me.
