Definitely wear sleeves. regardless of the denomination of your religion its disrespectful to bare your shoulders and also make sure your dress doesn't go higher than barely above the knee. however, if your family is more unorthodox then you can gauge to see if sleeves would be necessary.

I love my dresses flowy. blue is my favorite color. I dislike showing my arms so I'm hoping for sleeves if not I'd just throw a cardigan over that sucker. I love prints on dresses unless they are well designed! & personally lily I love the pinkish one. but I will say that it might be cold out. I also love knee length dresses. short dresses don't suit my body. my booty makes it go way to high. so it looks way to short. I love classy looks with an edge. thank you guys for your help thought I would get no responses.
