So I got some awesome oil for my cuticles. now how do I go about getting them into shape? I plan on doing the oil treatment everynight.
but what else? I know I shouldnt cut them... so, do I just keep moisturizing and let them be and  heal?

Try Sally Hanson nailgrowth miracle serum! It helped me lots. It helps the cuticles to get more soft and it helps the nail growing

I agree with Celina, Sally Hansen nailgrowth miracle serum is wonderrrrfullll!!

But also little tips are to keep your cuticles moisturized as much as possible.. DON't use your nails as tools (using them to scrape, break, open things).. You can trim them a little if needed.. If your nail cracks , don't pull/peel it off but cut off the hang-nail.. Try to keep them polish free as much as possible so they can "breath"..

Awesome thanks for the help. oddly my nails are great thanks to my daily vitamins so I got that going for me. ;)
its just my cuticles that are horrid.
with my job as a dog trainer and working with pet supplies my hands go through the ringer all day long.

I got this from my local beauty store: the first one is a cuticle softener and remover (8 fl. oz for $2.99) and the second is a cuticle oil (4 fl. oz. for $1.99)

I haven't done it yet (just got them yesterday)

But your suppose to soak you fingers in a warm water solution, dry hands and apply remover. then use a cuticle pusher to push cuticles back and remove extra. then wash hands.
after that you put a little of the oil on a cotton ball and blot cuticles then rub it in. remove excess (you can also warm the oil for really dry ones)

this is not only what the instructions say but also what I was told when asking advice

ill let you know how it works out later on today :)

GOOD LUCK and hope this helped :)
