I'm looking for a palette with smokey/chocolate browns that has a bit of variety as far as matte & shimmer choices. I've found a few that caught my eye & wanted to know opinions. Are these a great buy? How well do they hold up? Should I scrap these options & look for another palette? Thanks in advance! ☺️

My personal pick is naked, I like too faced's texture and pigment pay off, I haven't tried Bobbi Brown yet. I think naked will give you more combo options.

If you want matte and shimmer shades then take a look at the lorac pro palette. its 42 dollars and has 8 matte shades and 8 shimmer shades, the best of both worlds. I honestly use this more than any other palette, including the naked2.
I never tried bobbi brown but that palette looks pretty.
the naked palette is nice as well but it only has a couple matte colors like 3-4 maybe?

Out of these choices, I would definitely go with Urban Decay.
For a different option though, check out ELF. They're super cheap and have a lot of palettes to choose from. In most cases, the quality far exceeds the price. They have a palette called the Little Black Beauty Book and some geometric palettes that would be nice options.

I'd suggest Too Faced, I find the Naked palette to be rather chalky and the colors are lackluster at best, not to mention half the palette is only slightly lighter or darker shades of nude. I've never tried Bobbi Brown, though the colors seem rather bland.

Naked has more options but I use the too faced natural eye more regularly. One of the colors has a ton if glitter in it which I like but some might not... It does get all over.

Did you know the f21 eye shadow palettes are actually pretty good? Lol just out that out there cuz it's only 10 bucks for like 18 shades.

Thank you for all the suggestions. But I'm (almost) positive, I'm going to go with the Lorac Pro palette. The colors were exactly what I was looking for!

I looooove my too faced natural eye. That and Lorac pro are the ones I use most. Down with naked palettes lol..I see nothing exceptional and all the shimmer bugs me. Good luck!

Naked Palette and it has part two. If you get it from Sephora it comes with an eye primer that is Urban and great.

The Lorac Pro is the most amaaaazing palette. The shadows are buttery soft and the pigmentation is ridiculously gorgeous. You get sixteen great shadows and a small primer that works really well. For $42, you really can't go wrong.
