I think you can bleach it... Like waah it in some water will really little bleach!!
But the colour may change depending on the material used/how they got the colour

You can literally put them in the washer. that's hpw I clean all of my shoes.

Put them in the washer, and when they're still wet wear them till they dry! So they keep their shape.
