Yes if they have a good shape and the face it is on has the bone structure to pull it off.
If they have a small face , forehead, eyes and brow bone thick eyebrows may not look very nice haha

Depends on your face I do my eyebows thicker at the frout then tapering off but thin eyebrows look stupid and too thick looks untamed and unattractive.

It is very in style right now, but you need to have the face to pull it off. some people like them some don't, personally, I love it!

It depends on how your face is shaped. Thick eyebrows only look good on certain faces, and the same for thin eyebrows.
