Do you think UD vice palette 2 is well worth purchasing? I have vice palette 1 and was so disappointed in all the fall out...

All powder shadows are going to have fallout but the new vice has there reformulated shadows...I probably did not spell that right at all..but anyway to me personally they have less fallout but you could always buy it try it out for week don't like it you can always return it. :)
