When I swam, I wore Avon waterproof black liner on my bottom water line and Avon Shock Max water proof mascara it worked pretty well and didn't smudge much. Just don't rub your eyes.

Ummmmm, make up and water usually don't go together whether it's water proof or not. I wouldn't wear any, you most likely won't be the only one without it.

Don't wear makeup to a swim meet, it will come off no matter what! Just use lipbalm.
