Get a get manicure. My mom got one and it lasted for a long time. And I love it because it looked so natural. And you don't have to have extra long fake nails that can painfully break.

It could be the brand of polish you're using as well as your top coat. Brands from cheap LA colors to expensive Essie is good. Your polish looks a little thin. Try more coats, a better polish and Seche Vite top coat.

I had a gel manicure but I can't afford to keep getting them. I'm looking for natural solutions. Thank you!
Symone, I am using Essie and it still chips. I will try that top coat. Thank you!

You can buy your own supplies for an at-home gel manicure. Amazon and most other beauty-related websites sell the supplies. It's pretty expensive for a starter kit, and a lot of the polish colors are pricier than normal nail polish, but it's worth it if you ask me.
If you still don't want to go that route, a couple random tips would be to go over your manicure with a top coat once a day, use cuticle oil everyday, and try experimenting with different brands of polish. Wet n Wild Megalast has some pretty serious staying power for the whole 2 dollars it costs.
Another tip that will be horribly explained because I'm a horrible explainer, lol, would be to paint the ends of your nails if you do not already. (Rather than stopping where your nail ends, go over the tip and even under a bit.) Do this with all layers of color, and your base coat and top coat, and it will make a huge difference.
In terms of a top coat, I'll second Symone and say Seche Vite. Best one I've tried.
