How To Apply Lipstick Properly?

I use a matte lipstick but when I apply it, it tends to get patchy after a while. is there any trick to applying it?

Use a lip balm like for example labello... Refresh it every 2-3 hours...<3.

Exfoliate your lips for a clean even surface. Then apply lip balm and really rub your lips together to soak in all the moisture and then wipe away the excess. Finally apply your lipstick :)

Have a lipliner to outline your lips its easier for you to glide on your lipstick.
makesure before you go to bed apply chapstick so iy moisturizes:)

Exfoliate your lips and rinse. Apply foundation or concealer to lips and cover with powder. Line your lips so that the color doesn't bleed. After that, fill them in with LINER. It makes the color last longer. Apply one coat of lipstick over the liner and blot. Apply a second coat, and knock 'em dead!
