I'm getting dry, peeling skin on the PALMS of my hands. The PALMS. It's SUPER annoying. Is there anything I could do to rid myself of it? I've tried sleeping with gloves and lotion, but nothing helps.

Oooh, are you sure they're not sunburnt? I don't know whatever else to recommend other than hand moisturiser

Don't use Vaseline it's really bad for for you it has protoleium jelly and that is really bad so don't use it sorry.
